REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Once an item has been shipped to you we do not accept returns. Please reach out with sizing and fit questions prior to placing your order or reference the size charts provided next to each item's photo. Size charts can vary per item so don’t hesitate to reach out with sizing questions before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Hot girls' hair is not financially responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If there are any issues with shipping after the tracking number status says DELIVERED the customer must contact their carrier for further assistance.

Shipping time may be extended during promotional periods.

When ordering outside of the US the customer may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees which are imposed once a shipment reaches the buyers country. Hot girls' hair has no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Any item that is refused by the customer due to duties, taxes, or fees from the recipients country will not be refunded.

DAMAGED GOODS

Report any damaged items to Hot girls' hair within one week of receiving the item. Hot girls' hair has no control over postal service damages but will do our best to help if we can. Please send photos of the damaged items along with your order number and phone number.

Please follow the washing instructions provided on the card in your order. Most of our items are heat transfers which may crack or peel if the washing and drying instructions are not followed. Do not iron lettering.
