REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Once an item has been shipped to you we do not accept returns. Please reach out with sizing and fit questions prior to placing your order.
SHIPPING
Hot girls' hair is not financially responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If there are any issues with shipping after the tracking number status says DELIVERED the customer must contact their carrier for further assistance. Packages that are unable to be delivered for any reason and are sent back to hot girls’ hair will be refunded the item amount minus shipping costs. We are unable to resend packages that have been sent back and a new order will have to be placed to receive the items.
Shipping time may be extended during promotional periods.
When ordering outside of the US the customer may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees which are imposed once a shipment reaches the buyers country. Hot girls' hair has no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Any item that is refused by the customer due to duties, taxes, or fees from the recipients country will not be refunded.
DAMAGED GOODS
Report any damaged items to Hot girls' hair within one week of receiving the item. Hot girls' hair has no control over postal service damages but will do our best to help if we can. Please send photos of the damaged items along with your order number and phone number.
