REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Within 14 days of being delivered you may return items to 


Hot girls hair

To be eligible for return items must be

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original packaging


Returns may be rejected if an item shows signs of

  • Staining
  • Strong fragrances
  • Pet hair
  • Self tanner
  • Makeup or oil stains


If an item was purchased as part of a set or bundle, any approved return will be adjusted to the standard retail price of the items kept. The bundle discount will no longer apply and the refund will be calculated accordingly.


Hot girls hair reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet the above requirements. If a return is rejected we will notify you and return the items to the address associated with the original order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with rejected returns.

sale and limited edition items are final sale and not returnable.

SHIPPING

Hot girls' hair is not financially responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. If there are any issues with shipping after the tracking number status says DELIVERED the customer must contact their carrier for further assistance. Packages that are unable to be delivered for any reason and are sent back to hot girls’ hair will be refunded the item amount minus shipping costs. We are unable to resend packages that have been sent back and a new order will have to be placed to receive the items.

Shipping time may be extended during promotional periods.

When ordering outside of the US the customer may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees which are imposed once a shipment reaches the buyers country. Hot girls' hair has no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Any item that is refused by the customer due to duties, taxes, or fees from the recipients country will not be refunded.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Report any damaged items to Hot girls' hair within one week of receiving the item. Hot girls' hair has no control over postal service damages but will do our best to help if we can. Please send photos of the damaged items along with your order number and phone number.

 

BLEACH PROOF ITEMS

The bleach proof + color friendly line are speciality items that must be cared for intentionally. We recommend wearing the darker colors when doing services that utilize very dark colors or extreme fashion tones as certain brands and prolonged exposure can increase the risk of staining. our tint friendly items are more resistant to color staining but without proper care run the risk of staining. Prolonged exposure to tint or bleach may cause variations in the tint friendly or bleach proof result. Failure to follow the wash instructions may result in unwanted staining or shrinking.
